Full backup and restore
Download a full backup after each club night. It contains profiles, attendance, balances, events, payment history, renewals and the staff password. Keep a copy away from this laptop.

Admin settings
Administrators can add accounts and reset staff passwords using Manage staff accounts.
Staff sign in with individual accounts. Lock admin before handing this screen to members.
